Post-Acute  & Post-Surgical Care

The Nurse Network maintains a  vast community of skilled nursing professionals.  Infinity is available to assist your loved one through the post-acute and post-surgical care processes.  Your loved one may require a nurse to provide various tasks that family members may be unable to perform, such as monitoring vital signs, changing dressings, managing personal hygiene and dispensing and/or monitoring medications.   Our skilled nurses provide quality care for your loved ones at all times.
